# Orders: where they come from and what each column shows

> Where your store's orders and Cliqo's charges come from, how often they arrive, and why the screen's total isn't attributed revenue.

The **Orders** screen shows, in one place, the orders that came in from your store and the charges Cliqo generated for your customers. To get there, open **Audience › Orders** in the side menu.

## Where orders come from

The **Source** column tells you where each order came from.

| Source | What it is |
| - | - |
| **Store** | An order brought in from your store by the integration. Today this works for Loja Integrada, Cazco (PrestaShop) and Shopify. |
| **Cliqo** | A charge generated by Cliqo (Pix, boleto or card) from an email or from the payment buttons on WhatsApp. It only shows up if your account has a payment provider connected under **Settings › Payments**. |
| **Manual** | An order that came in through a file import, outside the store integration. |
| **Other source** | An order with no recorded source. This is rare. |

> [!NOTE]
>
> The **pixel doesn't create orders**. It records what people do on your site, and the purchases it captures go into the reports. But this screen only shows what came from the store integration, a Cliqo charge or an import.

## How often store orders arrive

Store orders **don't arrive instantly**. Cliqo fetches new orders **once a day**.

* **Newly connected store:** right after you connect, Cliqo starts bringing in your order history, in stages, until it's done. After that, it switches to the daily fetch.
* **Loja Integrada:** to fetch right away, use **Update orders now** under **Settings › Integrations**. That button only exists for Loja Integrada.

> [!WARNING]
>
> The "Auto-refreshes every 15s" note at the top of the screen is about the **screen**, not the store. Every 15 seconds the screen re-reads what's already in Cliqo. That's how a Cliqo charge turns **Paid** without you reloading the page. A new store order only shows up after the next daily fetch (or, for Loja Integrada, after **Update orders now**).

The sync **doesn't bring in** cancelled or refunded orders, orders without a buyer email, zero-value orders, or orders from emails on your [suppression list](https://docs.cliqo.io/en/gestao-de-dados/supressoes.md). Each order is linked to the contact by the buyer's email.

## The cards at the top

| Card | What it counts |
| - | - |
| **Total received** | The sum of **Paid** orders. |
| **Awaiting** | How many orders are **Pending** payment. |
| **Total orders** | How many orders the screen loaded. |

> [!WARNING]
>
> The screen loads only the **100 orders that most recently came into Cliqo**. The three cards and the tab counts only count those 100. **Total received** is not your store's revenue for the whole period.

The **Refresh** button re-reads the list right away.

## Tabs and search

The tabs filter by status: **All**, **Pending**, **Paid**, **Expired** and **Cancelled**. **Refunded** orders have no tab of their own and show under **All**.

The search (**Search by email…**) looks up the customer's email, within the 100 loaded orders.

A pending charge that is past its due date becomes **Expired**. Cliqo checks this once a day. If the customer pays a Cliqo charge after the due date, it goes back to **Paid**.

## The table columns

| Column | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Date** | When the order was placed. For a store order, it's the date of the order in the store, not the day it was synced. |
| **Customer** | The buyer's email. On a paid order, **Paid on** shows below it with the payment date. |
| **Method** | Pix, Card or Boleto. |
| **Source** | Store, Cliqo, Manual or Other source (see above). |
| **Amount** | The order total. |
| **Status** | Paid, Pending, Expired, Cancelled or Refunded. |
| **Campaign** | The campaign in which the charge was generated. |

On a phone, swipe the table sideways to see every column.

> [!NOTE]
>
> On store orders, a payment method Cliqo doesn't recognize as Pix or boleto shows as **Card**.

## Orders and attributed revenue in the reports

The Orders screen **doesn't show how much Cliqo sold**. It lists orders. The question "how much came from my messages" is answered by the reports, with attributed revenue.

The two use similar sources, but not the same ones:

* Attributed revenue combines **paid** orders with purchases the pixel recorded on your site, without counting the same purchase twice. That's why a store with only the pixel can have revenue in the reports and no orders on this screen.
* A paid order shows up here even if no message led to it. Attributed revenue only includes a sale that Cliqo can link to one of your messages. The rules are in [Understand the metrics](https://docs.cliqo.io/en/relatorios/entenda-metricas.md).
* The **Campaign** column is only filled in for charges Cliqo generated inside a campaign. Store orders show "—" in that column, even when the report attributes the sale to a campaign.
