# Connect Loja Integrada

> Linking your Loja Integrada store to Cliqo: products and orders, with the catalogue updated on its own every hour.

Loja Integrada is one of Brazil's most widely used e-commerce platforms. Connecting it to Cliqo brings three things: your **product catalogue** (for emails with a product showcase), your **order history** (which feeds the RFM segmentation and attributed revenue), and a catalogue that **updates on its own**, without you doing anything.

## Before you start

You will need two credentials, and one of them depends on your plan.

**API key.** Generate it in the Loja Integrada panel under **Settings → API key → Register new key**. That option **only exists on a paid Loja Integrada plan** — if it does not appear in your panel, that is the plan, not Cliqo.

**Application key.** This one is requested from Loja Integrada's technical team. A single application key covers every store, so if you already use Cliqo on another store, it is the same key.

## Connecting

In **Settings → Integrations**, click **Connect new store**, choose **Loja Integrada**, paste both keys — *Store API key (chave\_api)* and *Application Key (Cliqo)* — and click **Connect**. The keys are checked on the spot. From then on Cliqo can read your catalogue and your orders.

Connecting does not bring the catalogue in by itself: on the connected store's card, click **Sync everything**. After that, **New only (delta)** brings just what changed.

## Pulling the orders

On the same screen, the **Update orders now** button **pulls orders from Loja Integrada** into Cliqo. This is what populates RFM — the segmentation that separates frequent buyers from people who drifted away. Besides the button, Cliqo pulls new orders on its own once a day.

The first run sweeps your **entire history** and may take several passes: it reads in blocks and remembers where it stopped. While that first sweep runs, **no customer is enrolled into a flow because of those orders** — that would fire a post-purchase message about a months-old order. Only orders that arrive afterwards, day to day, reach the triggers.

## Keeping the catalogue current

Cliqo updates the catalogue on its own **every hour**: it brings in the products created or changed since the last time. There is nothing to set up in the Loja Integrada panel.

If you changed a product and want to see it in Cliqo right away, use **New only (delta)** on the store card, under **Settings → Integrations**.

## If you would rather not integrate

You can bring the catalogue in as a file, connecting nothing: under **Settings → Products**, the import accepts Loja Integrada's **official export** (XLSX) or a plain CSV. Cliqo recognises the Loja Integrada format on its own and says so on screen when it detects it.

That is the route for anyone on a plan without API access, or for a one-off load before deciding whether to integrate.

## What the connection does not do

* **It does not sync stock in real time.** The catalogue arrives when you sync, through file import and through the hourly update; there is no lookup at send time.
* **It does not change anything in your store.** The connection is read-only — Cliqo never creates, edits or cancels orders.
* **It does not replace the pixel.** Orders tell you what was bought; the pixel tells you what was looked at and not bought. The two feed different segments.

## When something does not add up

If the catalogue came in incomplete, the most common cause is a product with no SKU — Cliqo stores by SKU and skips rows without one. Check the SKU column in your Loja Integrada export.

If orders do not appear, confirm the API key was generated on a paid plan and is still active in the Loja Integrada panel.
