# Set up your account in 5 steps

> The guided onboarding: company, brand, domain, pixel — and what each step unlocks.

## What you'll learn

How to get your account ready to send: the 5 steps of the initial setup assistant, why each one exists, and what is unlocked at the end.

## Before you start

* You need the **Admin** or **Owner** role on the account.
* Have at hand: your brand logo (PNG, SVG, or JPG up to 5 MB), the company's physical address, and access to your domain's DNS panel.

The Company step only moves forward once the company name is filled in. The Brand, Domain, and Pixel steps can be skipped ("Skip for now") and completed later in Settings — but without a verified domain you can't send from your brand, and without the pixel your browsing segments stay empty.

## Step 1 · Company

Enter the **company name** and the **physical address**. Also choose your segment and the store's e-commerce platform (Shopify, VTEX, WooCommerce, Nuvemshop, Tray, Loja Integrada, Magento, or another).

The address that goes in your email footer — required by law and by the mailbox providers (Gmail and Yahoo demand it from anyone sending at volume) — is the one in the **Bulk sender compliance** panel, under **Settings › Sending** (the **Legal name** and **Physical address** fields). Without that address, Cliqo won't send campaigns; check it there once you finish the assistant.

## Step 2 · Brand

Upload your logo. Cliqo extracts the colors automatically and suggests the **primary color** (buttons and highlights) and the **secondary color** — you can adjust them. These colors dress the gallery templates: every template already opens looking like your brand.

## Step 3 · Domain

Enter the domain that will sign your emails and the **Sender email** (the address shown in "From:"). The assistant generates the DNS records ready to copy and checks whether they're live with **Verify records**. ## Step 4 · Pixel

Install the Cliqo pixel on your store — via Google Tag Manager (recommended), via the Loja Integrada panel (an option that shows up when that's the platform chosen in step 1), or by pasting the tag manually. It's what feeds the browsing segments (who viewed a product, abandoned a cart, started checkout) and the trending products card.

## Step 5 · Done!

Three suggestions for first value — **Create your first campaign**, **Import your contacts**, and **See the analytics** — and the **Enter the platform** button, which closes the assistant.

## Result

An account with your visual identity applied, domain under verification, and pixel collecting. What's left is checking the legal footer address under **Settings › Sending**. The Needs attention bell shows whatever is still missing.
