# Channel health

> One card per channel that tells you whether your WhatsApp and your email are in shape to send — and what to do when they are not.

The **Channel health** screen answers one question: *are my channels OK?* It brings together, in one place, the state of your WhatsApp number and of your email sender.

It is a **read-only** screen. Nothing is adjusted here: connecting accounts and numbers stays in **Settings**. Each card has a button that takes you to the right place.

To open it: in the side menu, **Reports › Channel health**.

The screen shows the channels of the **active brand**. If your account has more than one brand, switch brands in the switcher on the top bar to see that brand's channels.

## The colours

Each piece of information has a coloured dot next to it:

| Colour | What it means |
| - | - |
| Green | All good. |
| Amber | Watch out: it still sends, but something got worse. |
| Red | You cannot send right now, or something is missing. |
| Grey | Cliqo has no way of knowing from here. It is not an error, and it is not "all good" either. |

## WhatsApp — Number & quality

The card asks: **Does Meta still trust this number?** Your number appears next to it. There are four pieces of information.

**Status** — the summary for the number. It is the only item that uses all four colours:

| Status | Colour | When it shows |
| - | - | - |
| **Healthy** | Green | High rating, no spam failures, within the limit. |
| **At risk** | Amber | The rating dropped to **MEDIUM** or **LOW**, or there was a spam failure in the last 7 days. |
| **Restricted now** | Red | The day's limit was reached, **or** Meta restricted the number. |
| **Not known yet** | Grey | Meta has not sent the number's rating yet. |

> [!NOTE]
>
> A **LOW** rating shows as **At risk** (amber), not red. Red is kept for when the number cannot send right now.

**Meta rating** — **HIGH**, **MEDIUM** or **LOW**. A dash (**—**) means the rating has not arrived yet. If Meta sends a rating Cliqo does not know, it appears written the way Meta sent it.

**Sending limit** — how many conversations the number can start in 24 hours, for example **1,000 conversations / 24 h**. Numbers with no cap show **Unlimited**.

**Spam failures (7 d)** — how many messages Meta blocked as spam in the last 7 days. Zero is green; anything above zero is amber.

The **See details** button opens the **Number & quality** page, with the history, the signals and what to do.

### What to do in each status

* **Healthy** — nothing to do.
* **At risk** — open **See details**. The page's history shows which campaign pulled the rating down or caused the spam failure. Review the audience and the frequency before the next send. Tips are in [Number & quality](https://docs.cliqo.io/en/whatsapp/numero-e-qualidade.md).
* **Restricted now** — the card uses this same text for two different causes. Open **See details**: the number page tells you which one it is.
  * *Your WhatsApp hit its 24h limit* — new sends are held until the limit frees up. Replying to people who message you stays open, and the page has a **Go to Conversations** button.
  * *Meta has restricted this number* — the block comes from Meta, not your daily limit, and it **does not lift on its own in 24h**. The reason and what Meta asks for are in Meta's WhatsApp Manager.
* **Not known yet** — the rating usually arrives within minutes. If you are about to send a large batch, wait for it to show up.

### Other messages on the card

* **No WhatsApp number connected to this brand.** — the brand has no number yet. The **Connect in Settings** button takes you to **Settings › WhatsApp**.
* **This number is connected through Twilio…** — the number works, but Twilio does not share the rating or the limit with Cliqo. You will find them in your Twilio console. There is nothing to fix.
* **We couldn't read Meta's data right now.** — Cliqo could not reach Meta. This does **not** mean the number is fine or in trouble. Tap **Try again**.

## Email — Deliverability

The card asks: **Does Gmail still trust this sender?** Your sender's domain appears next to it. There are three pieces of information, all with a colour.

| Item | Green | Red | Grey |
| - | - | - | - |
| **Sender** | **Configured** | **Not configured** | — |
| **DKIM** | **Valid** | **Not configured** | **Domain not registered** |
| **Gmail AMP registration** | **Declared** | — | **Not declared**, **Unknown** or **—** |

**Sender** — the email address shown as "From" on your campaigns.

**DKIM** — the signature that proves to Gmail the email really left your domain. Cliqo checks the DKIM **of the sender's domain**. *Domain not registered* means that domain is not under **Settings › Domain**, so there is no way to tell.

**Gmail AMP registration** — whether the sender was registered for interactive emails. *Declared* is what is recorded in your account; **Google is the one who approves**, and Cliqo does not check with Google to confirm. *Unknown* shows when that address has no registration record in the account.

The **See details** button opens **Settings › Domain**.

The card does not show bounce or complaint rates today.

### What to do in each case

* **Sender: Not configured** — under **Settings › Sending**, fill in **From email** and save.
* **DKIM: Not configured** or **Domain not registered** — under **Settings › Domain**, add the sender's domain, create the records in your DNS and verify. The step-by-step is in [How to set up your sending domain (DNS)](https://docs.cliqo.io/en/entregabilidade/configurar-dns.md).
* **AMP registration: Not declared** or **Unknown** — the email goes out normally, in the regular version, without the interactive part. Registration is done together with Cliqo; see [How to register your sender for AMP emails](https://docs.cliqo.io/en/email-interativo/registro-do-remetente.md).
* **We couldn't read the sender right now.** — the reading failed. This does not mean the domain is not registered. Tap **Try again**.

## SMS

The SMS card shows **Coming soon**. The channel is still in preparation.
