The Orders screen shows, in one place, the orders that came in from your store and the charges Cliqo generated for your customers. To get there, open Audience › Orders in the side menu.

Where orders come from

The Source column tells you where each order came from.
The pixel doesn’t create orders. It records what people do on your site, and the purchases it captures go into the reports. But this screen only shows what came from the store integration, a Cliqo charge or an import.

How often store orders arrive

Store orders don’t arrive instantly. Cliqo fetches new orders once a day.
  • Newly connected store: right after you connect, Cliqo starts bringing in your order history, in stages, until it’s done. After that, it switches to the daily fetch.
  • Loja Integrada: to fetch right away, use Update orders now under Settings › Integrations. That button only exists for Loja Integrada.
The “Auto-refreshes every 15s” note at the top of the screen is about the screen, not the store. Every 15 seconds the screen re-reads what’s already in Cliqo. That’s how a Cliqo charge turns Paid without you reloading the page. A new store order only shows up after the next daily fetch (or, for Loja Integrada, after Update orders now).
The sync doesn’t bring in cancelled or refunded orders, orders without a buyer email, zero-value orders, or orders from emails on your suppression list. Each order is linked to the contact by the buyer’s email.

The cards at the top

The screen loads only the 100 orders that most recently came into Cliqo. The three cards and the tab counts only count those 100. Total received is not your store’s revenue for the whole period.
The Refresh button re-reads the list right away. The tabs filter by status: All, Pending, Paid, Expired and Cancelled. Refunded orders have no tab of their own and show under All. The search (Search by email…) looks up the customer’s email, within the 100 loaded orders. A pending charge that is past its due date becomes Expired. Cliqo checks this once a day. If the customer pays a Cliqo charge after the due date, it goes back to Paid.

The table columns

On a phone, swipe the table sideways to see every column.
On store orders, a payment method Cliqo doesn’t recognize as Pix or boleto shows as Card.

Orders and attributed revenue in the reports

The Orders screen doesn’t show how much Cliqo sold. It lists orders. The question “how much came from my messages” is answered by the reports, with attributed revenue. The two use similar sources, but not the same ones:
  • Attributed revenue combines paid orders with purchases the pixel recorded on your site, without counting the same purchase twice. That’s why a store with only the pixel can have revenue in the reports and no orders on this screen.
  • A paid order shows up here even if no message led to it. Attributed revenue only includes a sale that Cliqo can link to one of your messages. The rules are in Understand the metrics.
  • The Campaign column is only filled in for charges Cliqo generated inside a campaign. Store orders show ”—” in that column, even when the report attributes the sale to a campaign.
