What you will learn

How to use the Reports › By campaign screen to compare campaigns, channels and periods — and export everything.

Filters and tabs

At the top: the period (7, 15, 30, 60 and 90-day shortcuts or a custom range), the list and the campaign search. The tabs separate the channels:
  • All channels — the comparable layer: reach, attributed revenue, conversions, average order, exits and campaigns, revenue by channel and the table with the engagement column adapted to each channel (opens for email, reads for WhatsApp). What isn’t comparable isn’t forced: pop-ups, which have no “send”, stay out of that table — under Revenue by channel they show a dash (“attribution in progress”), and their numbers live in their own tab.
  • E-mail — sent, delivery, unique opens (with the Apple Mail caveat), interaction rate, clicks, attributed revenue and CTOR — the click-to-open rate, which judges the message rather than the list.
  • WhatsApp — sent, delivery, reads, replies, failures and attributed revenue (clicks in the table), Number health, the From send to reply funnel and the Why it didn’t arrive section, which translates Meta’s error codes into plain language (closed window, per-person limit, spam block…).
  • Pop-up — live pieces, capture rate, the pop-up-to-coupon funnel and the table of the period’s pieces, with its own columns and a View report button per piece.

Delivery health

On the E-mail tab, the three vitals with their alert thresholds: bounces (yellow from 2%, red from 5%), complaints (Gmail considers it problematic from 0.1%… and critical from 0.3%) and unsubscribes (yellow from 0.3%, red from 1%). The Needs attention bell uses the same bounce (2%) and complaint (0.1%) limits, but always looks at the last 30 days (with at least 20 sends), not the period chosen on this screen — and it doesn’t alert on unsubscribes.

The three lenses

On the E-mail tab, the View by selector changes how the table is grouped:
  • Campaign — each row is a campaign.
  • Flow — the combined performance of each automation flow.
  • Type (tag) — groups by campaign tags (black-friday, lancamento…). Mind the warning on the screen itself: the tag lens doesn’t sum across rows — a campaign with two tags appears in both.

Trend over time

On the E-mail tab, the Engagement over time chart (opens, interactions, clicks) by day, week or month, to see the trend beyond any individual campaign.

Export

Export Excel produces a spreadsheet with the applied period and search, split into tabs (Campaigns, Flows, Tags, WhatsApp and Pop-up) — ready for your manager’s spreadsheet or the agency’s report.
