The Dashboard — the Home screen, first in the menu — answers the business owner’s question: how much revenue is Cliqo bringing in — and where is it coming from? Everything else on the screen exists to explain that number.

Revenue attributed to Cliqo

The highlight at the top: the revenue credited to your campaigns and flows in the chosen period — From / to dates or the 7, 14, 30, 60 and 90-day shortcuts (the default is the last 30). The period applies to the whole screen, except where the screen itself says otherwise. Each sale is credited once, even if the customer was touched by several campaigns — the rules are in Understand the metrics. Right below, three cards: Attributed conversions, Attributed avg. ticket and Store revenue. The attributed ticket is compared with the store’s ticket — a well-segmented message tends to sell a bigger cart, and this is where that shows up. The comparison only appears from 20 attributed conversions on; before that the card shows the base (“base: N conversions”). When there were purchases right after one of your clicks but the buyer wasn’t identified on the site, the screen shows a notice with how many there were and how much they added up to — making clear they do not count towards attributed revenue — and what fixes it (the store’s confirmation page passing the order email to the pixel). The notice only appears when that volume sits above what chance would explain — instead of inflating the number or pretending the sale never happened.

The four indicators

Contacts, Campaigns, WhatsApp and Store sales. The first three follow the chosen period and show how many came in during it against the previous period, as absolute numbers (“+N new · M in the previous period”) — Contacts shows the whole base as its main number. Store sales is the exception: it measures the current month, ignores the selector (the screen says so), has no comparison and carries the daily trend line for the chosen period.

Engagement funnel

Email only: sent → delivered → opened → clicked → converted, for the period. It’s the quick view of where the funnel narrows: low delivery is a list problem; low clicks with high opens is a message problem.

Conversions by channel

The table that compares email and WhatsApp side by side: sends, sales, revenue and average ticket per channel, with each one’s share of revenue. Channels not launched yet appear in the footer, under “Coming soon:” — no invented rows. Fed by the pixel: the five top products over the last 7 days (visits, clicks, interest and sales), with Out of stock/Low stock badges when inventory is tracked — and the Create campaign shortcut next to each product. It’s the short loop: you saw the demand, you built the campaign.
