The colours
Each piece of information has a coloured dot next to it:WhatsApp — Number & quality
The card asks: Does Meta still trust this number? Your number appears next to it. There are four pieces of information. Status — the summary for the number. It is the only item that uses all four colours:A LOW rating shows as At risk (amber), not red. Red is kept for when the number cannot send right now.
What to do in each status
- Healthy — nothing to do.
- At risk — open See details. The page’s history shows which campaign pulled the rating down or caused the spam failure. Review the audience and the frequency before the next send. Tips are in Number & quality.
- Restricted now — the card uses this same text for two different causes. Open See details: the number page tells you which one it is.
- Your WhatsApp hit its 24h limit — new sends are held until the limit frees up. Replying to people who message you stays open, and the page has a Go to Conversations button.
- Meta has restricted this number — the block comes from Meta, not your daily limit, and it does not lift on its own in 24h. The reason and what Meta asks for are in Meta’s WhatsApp Manager.
- Not known yet — the rating usually arrives within minutes. If you are about to send a large batch, wait for it to show up.
Other messages on the card
- No WhatsApp number connected to this brand. — the brand has no number yet. The Connect in Settings button takes you to Settings › WhatsApp.
- This number is connected through Twilio… — the number works, but Twilio does not share the rating or the limit with Cliqo. You will find them in your Twilio console. There is nothing to fix.
- We couldn’t read Meta’s data right now. — Cliqo could not reach Meta. This does not mean the number is fine or in trouble. Tap Try again.
Email — Deliverability
The card asks: Does Gmail still trust this sender? Your sender’s domain appears next to it. There are three pieces of information, all with a colour.
Sender — the email address shown as “From” on your campaigns.
DKIM — the signature that proves to Gmail the email really left your domain. Cliqo checks the DKIM of the sender’s domain. Domain not registered means that domain is not under Settings › Domain, so there is no way to tell.
Gmail AMP registration — whether the sender was registered for interactive emails. Declared is what is recorded in your account; Google is the one who approves, and Cliqo does not check with Google to confirm. Unknown shows when that address has no registration record in the account.
The See details button opens Settings › Domain.
The card does not show bounce or complaint rates today.
What to do in each case
- Sender: Not configured — under Settings › Sending, fill in From email and save.
- DKIM: Not configured or Domain not registered — under Settings › Domain, add the sender’s domain, create the records in your DNS and verify. The step-by-step is in How to set up your sending domain (DNS).
- AMP registration: Not declared or Unknown — the email goes out normally, in the regular version, without the interactive part. Registration is done together with Cliqo; see How to register your sender for AMP emails.
- We couldn’t read the sender right now. — the reading failed. This does not mean the domain is not registered. Tap Try again.
