Three concepts organize everything in Cliqo — and understanding the difference avoids confusion from day one.

Account and brands

The account is the organization — who contracts Cliqo and invites the team. The brand is what sends: each brand has its own, isolated sending domain, WhatsApp number, logo and colors, templates, contacts, lists, and campaigns. Every account is born with one brand. If you operate a single brand, you’ll hardly think about this — the brand switcher, in the top bar, just shows your brand and the New brand option. When you create the second one (name, slug and, optionally, domain and primary color), that’s where you switch brands, and everything you see and do belongs to the active brand. When to use multiple brands: groups with more than one store, agencies operating clients, or brands under the same owner with separate identities. A contact that exists in both brands is, to Cliqo, two independent records — each with its own consent, which is exactly what the LGPD expects.

Members and roles

In Members (avatar menu), you invite the team by email — the invitation expires in 7 days — and set the role: Permissions are enforced on the server, not just in the interface — a Viewer can’t send a campaign even through a direct API call.

Traceability and safety

  • Audit log — administrative actions (invitations, role changes, deletions, API keys) are recorded with author and date.
  • Trash — deleted lists, templates, campaigns, and contacts stay restorable for 30 days; deleting permanently is an Owner action, with typed confirmation.
