The Scratch card is a pop-up where the visitor leaves an email, scratches a cover with a finger (or the mouse) and sees the prize they won. Everyone wins: you set the prizes, the coupon for each one and the odds of each prize coming up. It’s the same mechanics as the Prize wheel, with a different reveal.

Before you start

  • Pixel installed and the brand domain verified.
  • The company name with CNPJ and the privacy policy address — without them the pop-up won’t publish.
  • The coupons created in your store. Cliqo shows the code to the winner but doesn’t create the coupon in the store.
To open it: in the side menu, Pop-ups. In the gallery, under Capture leads, choose Scratch card › Use this template. The editor has four steps — Choose · Customise · Behaviour · Review & activate — and opens on Customise, with the preview alongside. The preview runs the real pop-up and has three steps: Email · Scratch · Prize. You can scratch it.

Customise

Pop-up name — only you see it; it’s the name in the list and in reports. Under What the pop-up promises, the Title (up to 60 characters) and the Button (up to 30) are required; the Supporting line is optional (up to 140).

Prizes

Each row under Prizes is a possible prize: Weights don’t have to add up to 100: the odds are worked out between them. A scratch card has 1 to 6 prizes — a single prize is fine too. + Prize adds one; the bin deletes.
There’s no “you lost” prize, on purpose: losers tend to leave fake emails, and that hurts deliverability for your whole list. Give high odds to the small discount and low odds to the big one.
The pop-up won’t move on if a prize has no name or no coupon, if two prizes share a coupon, if a weight is negative or if every weight is zero. While something is missing, Continue stays locked, and N things missing — see takes you to each field.

The cover

  • Cover colour — starts with the brand’s primary colour and follows the brand until you pick another. Use the brand colour undoes the choice. The cover text is white, so the colour needs enough contrast; a cover that’s too light blocks publishing.
  • Cover text — what shows before scratching (“SCRATCH HERE”), up to 20 characters. Required.
  • Scratch step title — the title above the cover, up to 40 characters.

Brand, company and what you ask

  • Your brand — Primary colour and Headline colour, with enough contrast on white.
  • Company details — Company name and CNPJ and Privacy policy address, required.
  • What you ask — the Email always; the phone (with the WhatsApp consent) and up to 3 extra questions are optional. How long the coupon is valid is the clock the winner sees; set the validity in your store too.

Behaviour

The same as the wheel: Timing, the list the contact joins, How often (for the scratch card the default is once a month), Where it shows and Where it leads — the address of the Use in store → button after the prize. Checkout is always blocked.

Review & activate

The Summary shows the prizes with their odds, the coupons, the cover, the destination, the display, the list and the coupon deadline. Publish to the store puts the pop-up live on the pages of the brand’s verified domain.

What the visitor sees

  1. Leaves the email (and whatever else you asked), ticks the consent and taps the button.
  2. The scratch card only opens after the contact has been saved. If sending fails, the visitor sees a message and can try again.
  3. The prize is drawn at that moment, by the odds in the table. Reloading the page in the same browser lands on the same prize.
  4. They scratch the cover. Once more than half is scratched, the prize shows by itself, with confetti. Reveal without scratching is always available, for keyboard users and people who prefer less motion.
  5. The winner sees the prize, the coupon with a copy button, the validity clock and the button to the store.

Where to see the results
