The terms below appear in the interface and throughout this help center exactly as shown. The Portuguese equivalent is what the interface in Português uses. 24h window (janela de 24h) — a WhatsApp rule: when the customer replies, a free-form conversation window opens for 24 hours, renewed with each reply from them. Outside it, only approved templates. AMP interactions · AMP rate (interações AMP · taxa AMP) — actions inside the email (spinning the wheel, answering the quiz, submitting the form) and the fraction of recipients who saw the interactive version instead of the fallback. Attributed revenue (receita atribuída) — the revenue credited to your messages, with each sale counted once, within the attribution window (default: 30 days). Whatever has no tracked touch appears as “Organic / other channels”. Blocklist — the manual category of suppressions: the addresses and domains you add (including the list imported from your previous ESP). Hard bounces, complaints, and unsubscribes are the other three categories, which are automatic. Brand (marca) — the unit that sends: its own domain, WhatsApp number, templates, contacts, and campaigns. An account can have several brands. Campaign · Dispatch · Wave (campanha · disparo · onda) — the campaign is the object you create; the dispatch is the execution of one send; the wave is a slice of a WhatsApp campaign sent in stages. Consent · Opt-in (consentimento · opt-in) — the contact’s authorization to receive messages, recorded per channel (email and WhatsApp separately), with date and origin. When importing a spreadsheet, opt-in is only recorded for the channels you check (Email marketing, WhatsApp marketing) — left unchecked, contacts come in without opt-in and receive nothing. Custom fields · Field type (campos personalizados · tipo do campo) — extra contact fields, each with a declared type: Text, Number, Date, Date & time, Yes / No, or List. The type matters: a birthday stored as Date unlocks the Date / Birthday trigger in automations; stored as text, it doesn’t. Flow (fluxo · régua) — an automation with a trigger, steps, and channels. In reports, the flow appears as an analysis lens (in Portuguese the interface calls this lens “régua”). Human click (clique humano) — a click with bots, security scanners, and prefetches removed, counted once per send. It’s the click that counts in reports. Meta rating (nota na Meta) — the quality Meta assigns to your WhatsApp number (high, medium, low), based on blocks and reports from recipients. Needs attention (pendências) — the bell in the top bar: alerts about missing configuration or metrics over the limit. Open (estimated) (abertura estimada) — how many recipients opened the email, measured via pixel. It’s estimated because Apple Mail Privacy Protection loads the pixel even without a real open, inflating the number. That’s why Cliqo decides by click, not by open. Personalization tag (tag de personalização) — a variable in the email text, such as {{primeiro_nome|Olá}} — with a default value for contacts who don’t have the data filled in. Piece (peça) — a pop-up published on your store, with its own report. Pixel — the Cliqo script installed on your store. It identifies visitors, feeds the browsing segments, and links purchases to campaigns. Send pacing (ritmo de envio) — spreading an email dispatch over 1, 4, 8, or 24 hours, instead of all at once. Showcase · Spin Wheel · Scratch Card · AMP Accordion (vitrine · roleta · raspadinha · AMP accordion) — blocks in the email editor. The Spin Wheel, Scratch Card, and AMP Accordion are interactive in Gmail; the Showcase can go out as a static grid or an interactive carousel. Suppression (supressão) — the set of everyone who doesn’t receive: unsubscribes, complaints, hard bounces, and blocklist. Applied automatically to every send. Template (modelo) — in email, the piece you edit in the editor; in WhatsApp, the message that needs Meta approval before it can be sent in bulk. Unsubscribe (descadastro) — the contact’s exit, via the link present in every email or via Gmail/Yahoo one-click unsubscribe. Leaving email does not remove the contact from WhatsApp.
