The Prize wheel is a pop-up where the visitor enters their email and spins a wheel of prizes. Every spin wins something: you set the prizes, each prize’s coupon and the chance of each one coming up.

Before you start

  • Pixel installed and brand domain verified.
  • The company’s legal name with CNPJ (Brazilian company tax ID) and the privacy policy URL — without them the piece won’t publish.
  • The coupons created in your store. Cliqo shows the code to the winner, but it doesn’t create the coupon in your store.
To open it: in the side menu, Pop-ups. In the gallery, under Capture leads, choose Prize wheel › Use this template. The editor has four steps — Choose · Customise · Behaviour · Review & activate — and opens on Customise, with the preview alongside. The preview runs the real piece: you can fill it in and spin.

Customise

Piece name — only you see it; it’s the name in the list and in reports. In What the piece says, the Headline is required (up to 60 characters) and the Supporting line is optional (up to 140). If you don’t want to promise a prize to everyone, change or delete the default line.

The prizes

Each row in The prizes is one slice of the wheel: Weights don’t have to add up to 100: the chance is worked out between them. The default wheel uses weights 30, 26, 22, 14, 6 and 2 — so 5% OFF comes up 30% of the time and 25% OFF, 2%.
  • The wheel has 3 to 6 slices. Add slice creates a new one before the last; the bin icon deletes (minimum of 3).
  • The last slice is the top prize and is gold.
  • To change a colour, click the slice’s dot or use a shortcut: Valentine’s Day, Black Friday, Christmas. Back to brand colours undoes it. The text colour inside the slice adjusts on its own to stay readable. Colour warnings (top prize without gold, neighbouring slices the same colour) don’t block publishing.
There is no “you lost” slice, on purpose: people who lose tend to leave fake emails, and that hurts deliverability for your whole base. For the same reason, give small discounts a high chance and big discounts a low one.
The piece won’t move on if a prize has no name, no slice text or no coupon; if the slice text is over 8 characters; if two prizes share a coupon; if any weight is negative; or if all weights are zero. While something is missing, Continue stays locked, and N things missing — see takes you to each field. About the coupon: the code is the same for everyone who lands on that slice. Create each code in your store before publishing — and if you want to cap its use, cap it there.

Layout, brand and company

  • Wheel layout — Wheel on top, form below or Wheel beside the form (wide card).
  • Your brand — Primary colour and Headline colour. Both need enough contrast on white.
  • Company details — Legal name and tax ID and Privacy policy URL, both required. They go into the consent text.

What you ask for

  • Email — always, required.
  • Also ask for the phone — optional. The WhatsApp consent box comes with the phone.
  • Up to 3 extra questions (Text, Number, Date or Yes/no), under Ask one more thing. All optional for the visitor.
  • How long the coupon lasts — from 30 minutes to 72 hours; the default is 24 hours. It’s the clock the visitor sees on the prize screen. It doesn’t change the coupon’s expiry in your store: set it there too. Anyone who already took the coupon keeps the deadline they saw.
The consent text isn’t editable and the email box starts unchecked. The visitor can only spin after ticking it.

Behaviour

  • Moment — From the 2nd page, after 8 seconds (the default), As soon as they arrive or When they look like they’re leaving.
  • Whoever fills it in joins the list — pick a list, Create new or None — becomes a contact only.
  • How often — for the wheel, the default is Once a month. The other options: Once a week, stops after 2 refusals and Once per visit.
  • Where it shows (optional) — Only on these pages and Never on these. Checkout is always blocked.
  • Where it leads — the Button address shown after the spin. The screen shows the final link, with the tags your store’s report uses to know the sale came from the pop-up.
Who sees it is switched off: showing the piece only to people who aren’t contacts yet doesn’t work today.

Review & activate

  • Summary — the prizes with each one’s chance, the coupons, the destination, the display settings, the list and the Coupon window. Check the list here before publishing.
  • Automatic checks — colour contrast, LGPD consent with legal name and policy, keyboard and screen-reader access, never on checkout and display cap active.
  • Publish to the store — the piece only shows on pages of the brand’s verified domain. Without a verified domain, the screen tells you the piece was saved but won’t show yet.
To edit later: in Your pop-ups (on the Pop-ups screen and in this step), Configure reopens the piece; when you’re done, Publish changes replaces the one that’s live.

What the visitor sees

  1. They enter their email (and anything else you asked), tick the consent box and spin.
  2. The draw follows the chances in the table. Reloading the page in the same browser lands on the same prize — you can’t spin again to try for another prize.
  3. The prize only appears once the contact has been saved. If sending fails, the visitor sees a message and can try again.
  4. The winner sees the prize, the coupon with a copy button, the expiry clock and the button to the store.
Anyone who already signed up through this piece won’t see the wheel again in that browser.

Where to see the results

In Reports › By campaign, pick the Pop-up channel. In the Pieces in the period table, click View report → on the wheel’s row. The piece report has the 7 days, 30 days and Since publishing periods, and shows:
  • Contacts captured, Impressions and Coupons redeemed;
  • the Piece funnel: Shown → Filled in → Became a contact → Got the coupon → Used the coupon;
  • Why the pop-up didn’t show, with the reason for each time the piece wasn’t displayed.
